UFFI (Urea Formalde Foam Insulation) Is it installed in the house - yes / no?

Chloradane Use (ant powder) Seller states representation if it was used on the property at any point in time?

Lead Paint Disclosure - Disclosing if the seller is aware of lead paint.

Property Disclosures (if any) - stating what the seller knows since ownership.
