Who's Working for Who?
When an agent obtains a contract with a Seller to list their home, most likely that agent becomes the SELLERS AGENT, meaning they are working in the best interest of the seller - not the Buyer. So who do you get to represent your side in the buying process. EASY - a BUYERS AGENT! I'm a CBR, Certified Buyers Agent - meaning I'm trained to be by your side throughout the process and to work in YOUR best interest, negiotate in YOUR best interest and make sure you have all the necessary tools needed to move into your new home.
There is no fee by hiring me to work as a Buyers Agent, the seller includes compensation to others thru their listing contract with the Sellers Agent
So why wouldn't you seek your own representation?
